This Privacy Policy explains what personal information is collected on the Beit Hakerem JLM website (the “Site”), why it is collected, how it is used and protected, and the rights you have. It is written to meet the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended (including Amendment 13), the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017, section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982, and — for visitors in the European Union or the United Kingdom — the GDPR / UK GDPR.
1. Who is responsible for your information

2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in the “Schedule a tour” or contact form we collect your full name, e-mail address, phone number and, if you choose to provide it, your country. You are not legally obliged to provide this information, but without it we cannot answer your enquiry.
Information collected automatically. Like every website, our servers and our content-delivery and security provider (Cloudflare) receive technical data needed to deliver the Site securely: IP address, browser type, device type, the page requested and the time of the request. This data is used for security, fraud prevention and performance, and is kept only for the short period required for those purposes.
We do not use advertising cookies, advertising pixels, remarketing tags or third-party analytics tools that build a profile of you.
3. Why we use your information
- To answer your enquiry, arrange a virtual or private tour and send you the information you asked for about the project.
- To contact you about the project by phone, e-mail or messaging, based on the consent you give when you tick the consent box on the form.
- To keep the Site secure and working properly.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
For visitors covered by the GDPR, our legal bases are your consent (enquiries and follow-up contact), our legitimate interest in running a secure website, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Marketing messages
We will send you advertising or marketing messages only if you have given your explicit consent, as required by section 30A of the Communications Law. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying “remove” (or “הסר”) to any message, by using the unsubscribe link in any e-mail, or by writing to us at the address above.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- the developer and the marketing and sales team of the project, for the purposes described above;
- service providers who process information on our behalf and under our instructions — website hosting, e-mail delivery, and Cloudflare (security and content delivery);
- authorities, when we are required to do so by law or by a court order.
Some of these providers may store information outside Israel. When that happens we make sure the transfer is permitted under the Protection of Privacy (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001 and, where applicable, the GDPR.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses only a small number of strictly necessary technologies:
- cookieadmin_consent — a cookie that remembers your cookie choice, for up to 365 days.
- elementor (browser local storage and session storage) — remembers display settings of the site builder, such as whether a pop-up was already shown to you. It is never sent to our servers.
- Security and performance technologies of our hosting and Cloudflare, which may process your IP address to block malicious traffic.
You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings button on the Site, and you can delete cookies through your browser settings.
7. How long we keep information
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting purchase process, and in any case no longer than [retention period, e.g. 3 years] from our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law.
8. How we protect information
The Site is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to enquiry details is limited to authorised staff and service providers who need it, and we apply the security measures required by the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
9. Your rights
Under Israeli law you may ask to review the information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date. You may also ask to be removed from any marketing list. Visitors covered by the GDPR also have the rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. In Israel you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority.

10. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Links to other websites
The Site may link to websites of third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we recommend reading their privacy policies.
